Hyper Logical make connected systems work as they scale, by designing hardware, connectivity and management as one operating model. Partners should not have to stitch together suppliers or carry the burden of integration. Infrastructure should be coherent, dependable and simple to operate, not complex by default. We focus on removing friction: simplifying deployment, reducing operational overhead and providing a service layer that supports customers long term.
We’ve spent 25 years building connected services in the real world. What we deliver is simple to sell, simple to deploy and reliable to run, because it has been designed that way.
The Founding Team

Philip Cole co-founded Wireless Logic Group in 2000 alongside Oliver Tucker. Together with a strong leadership team, they built one of the world’s leading IoT connectivity platforms, serving millions of devices globally.
Phil has been building secure mobile solutions since 1998, pioneering one of the UK’s first private mobile networks to connect laptops in the field. That early work evolved into M2M and large-scale machine connectivity, now widely known as IoT.
After more than two decades of growth and delivery, Wireless Logic created over £3.5 billion in enterprise value. Phil returned to build Hyper Logical with a new team spanning hardware, software and connectivity, focused on delivering hyperconnected, interwoven infrastructure services as they scale globally.

Jordan is a software engineer and sales architect by background who has consulted on, built and deployed application enablement platforms at scale. This foundation allows him to operate at the intersection of strategy and development, translating complex architectures into scalable commercial solutions grounded in real customer needs.
He works closely with partners and enterprises to design and deploy secure, hyperconnected platforms across hardware, connectivity, security and application enablement.
Jordan leads commercial strategy with a focus on partner adoption, scalable delivery and long-term value creation.

Craig brings over two decades of experience building secure, mission-critical hardware and IoT systems, with a career spanning defence, industrial and large-scale connected environments where reliability and security are paramount.
As Chief Technology Officer at Formula E, Craig led the design and operation of real-time, safety-critical technology platforms supporting a global electric motorsport championship, delivered at pace across international events.
His work covered hardware, telemetry, connectivity, live event infrastructure and hardware-rooted security, operating at speed, under pressure and on a world stage.
At Hyper Logical, Craig also leads the engineering discipline behind Smartify, turning complex hardware into intelligent, dependable systems by design.

Our Vision
At the very edge of the hyperconnected world, from individual devices to entire LAN environments, we are building the Trusted Fabric of the WAN.
Our approach integrates endpoints by design, securely channelling data through an advanced edge gateway at a fraction of traditional cost. We offer cost-effective gateway tariffs based on gigabyte or terabyte bundles, challenging the constraints of conventional SIM models. This is combined with flexible hardware, software and global infrastructure, with security embedded as standard.
Our goal is to deliver the essential infrastructure for intelligent connected systems, extending far beyond a platform. We have operated some of the world’s most complex connectivity environments, guided by disciplined engineering, strong partnerships and real-time automation.

Our Mission
The growth of connected systems should not create complexity. It should create clarity.
Our mission is to bring structure to a hyperconnected world by designing intelligence that is orchestrated, secure and purposeful by design. This is not a future concept. It is a reality we are actively building.
Formed by the co-founder behind Wireless Logic and a leadership team spanning hardware, software and engineering, Hyper Logical brings together deep experience in designing and operating connectivity at global scale. We focus on convergence rather than layers — integrating reach, routing and data enablement into a single, coherent operating model.
Security is foundational. Every endpoint is protected through hardware-rooted zero-trust principles, with security embedded as standard rather than added later. Intelligence is applied where it matters, routing and governing data with precision to support automation, prediction and long-term value creation.
Through a trusted partner ecosystem, we enable enterprises to gain visibility and control across assets, machines, vehicles, payments and critical infrastructure — spanning land, sea, air and space. Our role is to ensure these systems work together, reliably and at scale.
